We do our best to serve quality products at your door-step but kindly note that best before date or shelf life of some of the products is short. In addition, packing, custom clearance, transit time, clearance, inspection in Singapore takes few weeks.
So, products with best before or expiry date less than 1 months from date of the purchase are not eligible for the exchange or refund.
For any other eligible products, following criteria shall be met:
exchange is permitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase.
product should be at its original condition, unopened, or not damaged.
additional SGD 4.90 will be charged if you want us to pick up product from your home.

Sometimes product may get damaged during transit, delivery or handling or due to weather condition, in such case, please contact us immediately within 7 calendar daysfrom the date of purchase.
We will be happy to send a free replacement for the damaged product. However, please do not throw the product packet for our further assessment.
