EXCHANGE POLICY
We do our best to serve quality products at your doorstep but kindly note that the best before date or shelf life of some of the products is short. In addition, packing, customs clearance, transit time, clearance, and inspection in Singapore take a few weeks.
So, products with the best before or expiry date less than 1 months from the date of the purchase are not eligible for exchange or refund.
For any other eligible products, the following criteria shall be met:

REFUND POLICY
Sometimes products may get damaged during transit, delivery, or handling or due to weather conditions, in such cases, please contact us immediately within 7 calendar daysfrom the date of purchase.
